High-fidelity Digital Prototype
The Skills Map Platform is a digital platform that enables all employees to rate their skills and receive feedback at various milestones from their peers and supervisors, along with ratings on them and recommended courses and next steps, all tracked by Professional Development Leads, and measured across time as their tenure at the firm increases. Ultimately, this allows them to grow professionally and give back to their job, receive promotions, and expand their career profile.

Along with the digital platform, I designed posters and banners for digital channels and print, to be screened and shared at global offices, to announce the deployment of the new platform, at various key milestone of the year, around performance review times.
