My end-to-end methodology is research-driven
and enables human-centered design.
Role:
I am an expert in Design Strategy (of brands, products, and services) and in UCD (user-centered design). 
My process includes User Research, Strategic Positioning, Rapid Prototyping, Innovative Design, and UX Metrics Strategy. I apply and teach methods for impactful and effective ideas to come to life and solve real problems, hence redefining and disrupting the status quo. 

Expertise:
I help companies optimize their value proposition & digital offerings. 
I have worked as an Individual Contributor, Project Leader, and Teacher, for 15 years now, in the various sectors of Design (digital, UX, research, strategy, branding, and print).​​​​​​​ In client-facing and in-house roles, I helped solve digital and branding problems for various companies, through Strategic Design Methods, User Research, Stakeholder Engagement, and Project Management. 

Work:

I designed products at McKinsey, helped startups grow through business storytelling, and taught 70+ students apply innovation methods to products and services.
I supported the Recruiting function within McKinsey & company, redesigned the Audience Management capability of Mailchimp, and designed digital experiences for brands like IKEA, LG, and Burger King.

Outcomes: 

I enable the effective design process of digital services in context of business strategy and market changes, ensuring OKRs and user needs align through design. 
I plan and run research studies, facilitate ideation sessions, design prototypes, and test them with users. In parallel, I coach others on methods for innovation, and consistently plan against success metrics, business objectives and OKRs in my work.​​​​​​​
