An expert in E2E user-centered design (Service Design & Product Design), including user Research and strategic positioning, I apply and teach innovation strategy methods to university-level students. 
I help companies optimize their value proposition & digital offerings. I have worked as an Individual Contributor, Project Leader, and Teacher, for 15 years now, in the various sectors of Design (digital, UX, research, strategy, branding, and print).​​​​​​​ In client-facing and in-house roles, I helped solve digital and branding problems for various companies, through Strategic Design Methods, User Research, Stakeholder Engagement, and Project Management. 
Of my work, applying Design Thinking methods, I supported the Recruiting function within McKinsey & company, redesigned the Audience Management capability of Mailchimp, and designed digital experiences for brands like IKEA, LG, and Burger King.
Enabling the effective design process of digital services within a wider context of business strategy and market need, I plan and run research studies, facilitate ideation sessions, and design prototypes. In parallel, I coach others on methods for innovation, and consistently consider metrics of success in projects I lead.​​​​​​​
