I have planned, ran, and synthesized findings from 100+ user interviews, using spreadsheets, docs, and tools like Dovetail and Usertesting.com. I crafted decks, videos, personas, and user journeys to communicate findings with stakeholders.
I have also managed unmoderated usability tests and card sorting exercises, ran moderated usability tests, and analyzed before and after CSAT surveys.
I have also facilitated multiple participatory design sessions to enable alignment, prioritization, and creative outputs , with startups, corporate teams, and students.
