They perceive memberships as locking, and are not ready to make a commitment to exercise.
We asked people what the highest influencer for motivation is and the answer with most occurrences was social motivation. People need a buddy or a trainer to motivate them and follow up on their achievements.
How might we empower freelance instructors to manage their social connection to potential customers, who are not yet 'ready to enroll' in gyms and fitness centers?

How might we create a new niche in the fitness market for demotivated people, thereby opening up a new space that is currently untapped?

Therein was born the idea of WeMove, a platform for freelance instructors to curate fitness classes in NYC, with an emphasis on social motivation.
