Focused on aligning business objectives with user needs, I have worked in large organizations and smaller startups in NY and beyond, and gained 15 years of professional work experience.
Currently, I work in the intersection of Design, Business, and Tech to craft usable products, services, and business solutions, applying design thinking methods to problem discovery and co-creative design solutions. I strive to explore untapped territories in product and beyond. I also work as Adjunct Professor at Parsons, teaching undergraduate students how to innovate based on collected data from research.
With experience in qualitative and quantitative user research, I work to enable adoption and conversion of digital products. Engaging multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders along the way, I insatiably investigate user needs, facilitate ideation workshops, and distill insights into action-oriented proposals, through low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes.
